Hedgehog Open House, Please RSVP

Hamor Hollow Hedgehogs will be holding an Open House Day on Saturday Feb 6th from 1-3pm. If you are interested in learning about and holding hedgehogs, please RSVP to let us know you will be attending. If there is a lot of interest, we may be able to expand our hours or add days. If you cannot attend this open house but you are interested in attending a future one, please drop us an email and let us know when you would be available (open houses are weekends only). If we get requests for other dates, we will do our best to accommodate. Please be sure to RSVP so we can contact you if we need to change dates or cancel. In case of inclement weather, please call us before you leave so we know to expect you. Our focus will be to help you discover if a hedgehog is the right pet for you. If you've never held a hedgehog before or you want to show your family what a hedgehog is, then we hope you will attend. Most people spend between a half hour and an hour playing with and learning about the hedgehog babies.

We will discuss food, cages, and all aspects of hedgehog care. Be sure to fill out our questionnaire so we have your contact info and we will send you our hedgehog care sheets. We strongly encourage you to bring your whole family and please write down any questions you want to ask so you don't forget them (the babies are cute, and it's easy to forget about everything else).

Weaned babies will be available for purchase as long as we have your questionnaire on file. We strongly encourage families to go home and discuss getting a hedgehog before deciding to take a baby home. Please RSVP if you plan to attend so we know who to expect and we can contact you if we need to make any changes or cancellations (or call in extra friends to help out).

Babies are available now, please bring cash if you plan to reserve or take home a baby. We cannot accept credit cards or checks.

Change in Policy: With a $50 non-refundable deposit, we will hold babies here for up to 7 days. It is your responsibility to make pick-up arrangements with us. We can be flexible, but you may still have to work around our schedule.
