I found on of the babies dead and outside of the hut this morning. Its belly was empty, so I opened the nest box and looked at the other 2 babies. Their bellies were empty as well. I saw them attempting to suckle on Shell, so they know what to do. I assume Shell’s milk » Continue reading…

I’m worried about Shell’s litter. She had 3 babies that were born yesterday, and today I found one baby out of the nest on 2 occasions. Its been a rough few months here for us at Hamor Hollow. The big move completely threw our lives, and the lives of our pets, out of whack.
